To make our auction a success, we need a veritable army of volunteers. The more volunteers we have to help put on this event, the more successful our event will be. Below is a list of volunteer roles:

Work with decoration committee to set up Linens, Centerpieces, Place cards, Programs, Mints, Table tent

Silent Auction Item Set up
Work with decoration committee to set up auction items, bid sheets and pens in designated sections.

Set up registration table, help registration with filing, retrieving certificates, etc.
Dessert Dash Set Up
Set up desserts, bid sheets and pens.
Bidder Packet Stuffers
Stuff bidder packets
Greet guests at the door and answer questions.

Raffle Ticket Sellers
Work with Raffle Coordinator. Sell raffle tickets.
Silent Auction Runners
Remove silent auction sheets and take to registration. Circle winning bid on both copies.

Live Auction Recorders
Record all winning bids throughout live auction.

Write down winning bidder amount and have bidder sign sheet. Take sheet to registration.
